Monogram New York pays tribute to this history, introducing an architecturally significant addition to the neighborhood with tonal patterns and subtle details taking cues from the Art Deco period.

The Art Deco movement is typified by a sense of independence. With Monogram New York, Ismael Leyva Architects embraces this sentiment by creating a new residential tower that marries Art Deco artistry with Modernism to create a building possessing the best of design.
